You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. Design, analysis, and manufacturing  of composite structures are core competencies at TCE; however our true expertise is in process development.

In many instances, composite products are well analyzed and understood. The processes required to cost effectively, consistently fabricate composite products are less well understood by many companies – this is our world . We help large OEMs speed their product to market by becoming integrated into their engineering organization and providing expertise and direction they do not possess internally.

We are used to dealing with clients that have fully established 3D solid models and engineering drawings and others with nothing more than an idea.
Structural Analysis

Optimizing product performance requires experience. We understand how to evaluate test specimens to modify process or laminate schedule to qualify first articles for production.
Prototyping

Our in house prototype shop utilizes high speed CNC machining, rapid prototypes, and soft tooling, to quickly and cost effectively get to parts into the lab and the field.
Tool Design and Fabrication

From the most modern high speed CNC tooling techniques to old school pattern shop techniques, we have the hands-on knowledge and skill to fabricate prototype and production tooling in house.
